Clinical Supervision

Illuminated-Steps provides clinical supervision for both experienced and newly qualified psychotherapists and counsellors.

Supervision sessions are available for individuals, pairs and small groups of up to 6 attendees.

As a supervisor, I am integratively trained and can support therapists from a range of therapeutic approaches. 

My approach is based on the Seven-eyed supervision model, which takes into account the reationships between the supervisor and supervisee, and the supervisee and their client, in addition to exploring the client's situation, wider influences and how the supervisee is working with that client.

I find it helpful to sometimes also incorporate a creative element into the exploration of client work and issues, as this can encourage more in-depth thinking and introduce an additional prspective, but this is optional. 

I welcome people from all backgrounds, genders, ethnicities and age groups, and from a variety of therapeutic approaches.
